System Features
- Offers better radio range and more flexible detection than the 4000 Lite
- Easily fitted, no wiring (other than mains supply to receiver). A screwdriver and a little camouflage is all you need!
- All the detection devices have a nominal 500m radio range to the receiver. With the use of aerials or RSS relays this can be considerably increased (see TYPICAL RADIO RANGES below).
- External waterproof PIRs (shown) with 35m corridor detection for tracks, yards, perimeter etc OR External 85 degree fan, detect to 12m, for ponds, courtyards, machinery, workshops etc
- External devices can be set to avoid small animals (foxes, badgers etc) to prevent false alarms
- The internal 90 deg fan PIR detector (shown) is available for your workshop or any other DRY area
- The weatherproof General Purpose Radio Transmitter is used with any device that has a trigger. This could be Door Contacts, Pressure Mats, Trip Wire/cable systems, Road Probe etc
- The receiver can be Armed/Disarmed by key switch, by Remote Key Pad (shown) or Hand Held Remote (shown), both with panic alarm. The Single Button Panic Button (shown) will activate the alarm panel - even if it is in a disarmed state
- Other than using the remote controls (full set, part set, unarm and panic), the panel can be set with programmable exit/entry times OR be armed and disarmed with an optional Time Clock
- Part set (arm) facility allows you to protect one area while moving freely through others
- The detectors and receiver have factory set codes to prevent cross talk with nearby systems
- The receiver has outputs for lights, Sirens (shown) and a Speech Dialler (shown) if required
- The panel will indicate Low Detector Battery, Tamper and attempts to Jam the radio system
- The system can be easily added to as requirements change. Expand your system when you wish
